Pre-Edit Checklist

Did you know, after an assessment or a sample edit, your editor can/might charge you more for EXCESSIVE errors? Wouldn't it be nice to know what editors are looking for when they take on clients and what common mistakes you can check for to bring your editing costs down AND the time it will take to edit your manuscript to perfection? 
 
You're an author, and your eyes are timid. But, a pre-edit can help ensure the END result is exactly where it needs to be!
