From the beginning, Tabitha was professional and always replied to me in a timely manner. When I received my outline I was blown away. Though I would be writing the story, I was anxious to be on the readers side simply from the outline. It is evident that Tabitha takes pride in what she does, and as I have told her, she has a customer for life. I appreciate how she always asked me if I was satisfied, and I could tell if need be she wouldn't hesitate to adjust the outline though it wasn't needed.
